A deposit of 30% or $200 reserves it. Balance and final count 7 days before.
We set up and serve
We arrive 60 minutes early, serve for 2 hours and leave the place clean.
Questions families ask
What's the minimum number of guests?
30 guests. Every bar is priced for up to 40 guests, and each additional guest is added per person.
How long do you serve?
2 hours of service with a host at the bar. We arrive 60 minutes before to set up and take about 45 minutes to clean up. An extra hour is $150.
How do I reserve my date?
Send the quote form. We reply within 24 hours with your quote; a deposit of 30% or $200, whichever is higher, holds the date. The balance and the final guest count are due 7 days before the event.
What if I need to cancel or move the date?
The deposit isn't refundable, but you can move it to a new date within 12 months. Cancelling 15 to 30 days before the event costs 50% of the total; 14 days or less, 100%.
What about the Phoenix heat and monsoon?
Above 100°F outdoors, cold bars need shade or a canopy. If a monsoon or dust storm warning hits your event, we move the date at no charge.
Do you serve alcohol?
No. Our slushies, lemonades and mangonadas are alcohol-free.
Can you handle allergies or dietary needs?
Tell us in the quote form. We've built nut-free and meat-free bars before; we confirm what's possible for your menu before you pay the deposit.
How do I pay?
Card, Zelle or bank transfer (ACH) for companies. Checks are accepted only as payment before the event. Arizona tax is added on the invoice.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Stefani answers in English and Spanish, and our hosts too.
Do you travel to my city?
We serve Phoenix and surrounding areas, from the West Valley to Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek. Travel is quoted by distance and shown in your quote.
