Every attended bar is priced for up to 40 guests and 2 hours with a host. Add guests per person; add bars and the whole spread gets cheaper.

Policies
- Deposit: 30% or $200, whichever is higher. Not refundable, but it moves to a new date within 12 months.
- Balance and final guest count: 7 days before. We bill the confirmed or the served count, whichever is higher.
- Cancellation: more than 30 days out, you keep the deposit credit only; 15–30 days, 50% of the total; 14 days or less, 100%.
- Heat and weather: above 100°F outdoors, cold bars need shade or a canopy. Monsoon or dust storm warning: new date at no charge.
- Timing: we arrive 60 minutes before service, serve 2 hours and take about 45 minutes to clean up.
- Arizona tax is added to the invoice. Travel is quoted by distance.
- Savora doesn't serve alcohol.
